Lunora AI is an AI-powered learning platform that transforms content such as videos, articles, and documents into interactive quizzes, flashcards, and summaries. Our goal is to help users build a consistent study habit through focused reflection and improvement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lunora AI. Users under 18 require parental permission. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account via Google Sign-In and are responsible for all activity under your credentials.

3. Subscription & Payments

We offer a free version with limited usage and paid premium plans. Subscription details and pricing are provided at the point of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless required by local consumer law.

4. Content & AI Usage

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Lunora AI a license to process your content to generate learning materials. We use advanced AI models, including the Gemini family (2.0/2.5), to provide our services. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

• No uploading of illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.
• No attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• No using the platform for cheating or academic dishonesty.

6. Leaderboard & Privacy

If you opt-in to the Leaderboard, your display name and owl avatar will be visible. Your specific learning history and private notes remain private. You may opt out of public visibility at any time in your settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lunora AI is an educational tool provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunora AI shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of productivity, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account and associated data at any time.
